The natural swimming pond, 300 ft (90 m) long and 23 ft (7 m) deep, is accessible for the community, and can also be used for boating and fishing on request. Facilities: Free WiFi throughout the property (private LAN + Wi-Fi, download ≤100 Mb/s, upload ≤50 Mb/s, unlimited, at extra charge, available on a 1-year rent). Tap water (drinkable), electricity 220 V, parking (1 car or 1 motorbike) within the property, using the boat on the big pond, using barbecue equipment in the garden. Food: Self-catering. Delivery services for groceries and ready meals (Thai, Western) are available. A few food stalls serving Thai dishes, and small grocery stores for daily needs are within walking distance. Transportation: Public transportation from the street adjacent to the property, fare to Chiang Mai 60 Baht. App-based transport service from Grab (GrabCar, GrabBike) available. Private transportation by renting a car, motorbike, scooter or bicycle, details on request. Pets: Several cats and one dog live outdoors on the property. Therefore, guests with their own pets unfortunately can not be accommodated.
